Merging two certification profiles

Hello,

I recently scheduled an exam for SC-900. However, when I wanted to change the date of the exam I couldn't find it in my profile. The helpdesk informed me that I have two certification profiles which is why I couldn't see the scheduled SC-900 exam.

I also scheduled another exam for the end of August - DP-420. Please advise on how I can merge both certification profiles so that I can see all of my upcoming exams as well as those I have already passed.
