I know how to set it manually, but im looking to deploy the solution to many users.

i came across this:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/outlook/troubleshoot/message-body/view-emails-and-web-links-in-browser#option-2-administrative-templates-for-microsoft-365

but, in my DC i dont have the "links" folder.

my system administrator said i need to find gp for domain.

im looking for a way to do it either by gpo or regestry.

    Hi @Tal Bracha

Based on your description, this may be because Microsoft recently introduced a new feature that allows Outlook emails to open next to web links in Microsoft Edge by default.

For this reason, the official documentation provides a way to turn off this setting: File > Options > Advanced > File and Browser Preferences and select your preferred browser from the drop-down menu.

More information, please refer to: Outlook emails open next to web links in Microsoft Edge - Microsoft Support.
