Hi,

I would like to understand the differences for both scenarios and what works better when we have GUEST invited to work together.

Creating teams for each department can help keep conversations and files organized and separate, making it easier for team members to find what they need. However, this approach can also lead to silos and make it harder for people to collaborate across departments.

Creating one team with multiple channels for each department can help promote cross-functional collaboration and make it easier for team members to communicate and share information with each other. However, this approach can also lead to clutter and make it harder for team members to find what they need.

what works better when we have GUEST invited to work together.

When it comes to inviting guests to work together, both approaches can work well. You can add guests to individual teams or channels as needed, or you can create a separate team or channel specifically for guests. Ultimately, the best approach depends on your organization's specific needs and preferences. If you're not sure which approach to take, you may want to consider conducting a survey or focus group to get input from your team members.
