User Profile Service Application or User Profile service proxy timer jobs are not available and might have been deleted + Sharepoint 2013

HI Team,
I see that the solution for this issue is to set it to repair automatically, is it safe to do this? is there any impact because of it?

    That is a built-in rule for SharePoint to automatically handle User Profile issues. It is fine to edit and set it to repair automatically.

    Yes it is, there is no impact of doing that. go ahead and click on repair automatically.
