Hola instale windows 10 pro en un samsung evo 960 m2 y me empezó a salir esas pantallas azules, que hago para solucionar?

Go into the bios, under the boot tab there is an option for CSM, make sure it is disabled.
Disable CSM
Click on secure boot option and make sure it is set to other OS, not windows UEFI
Enable Secure Boot
Hello, thank you for your help. I installed Windows without modifying the BIOS since I couldn't find CSM. The NVMe SSD boots, and Windows starts fine, but the blue screens occur 5 to 10 minutes after Windows 10 starts. Do you think it could be an issue of incompatibility? I have an i7-6700K processor installed on the GA-B250M-Gaming 3 motherboard, and Windows is installed on the Samsung Evo 960 1TB. This problem only happens with that NVMe SSD. I tried it with a Kingston SA400M8240G M.2 SSD, and Windows works perfectly with it. Both SSDs function perfectly as storage devices, but the issue only occurs when I boot Windows from the Samsung Evo 960 1TB.
