Can I generate a key pair in my program by calling TPM?

I want to call the TPM function in the application under the Windows environment, generate an ECC key pair, and use the private key to sign in the TPM.

However, there is no relevant interface that can be implemented in the tbs. h provided by the Windows SDK.

Has anyone conducted similar application development on TPM?
