Facing active Azure subscription issue while creating a service connection in azure devops project

I am creating a service connection for a project in azure devops and came across the following error. I came across similar question on the forum but it didn't helped in resolving the issue
I have an active azure subscription but still I am facing this issue
Please let me know if any other details are needed to resolve this issue
