@swati sharma Welcome to Microsoft Microsoft Q&A Forum, Thank you for posting your query here!

Firstly, have you enabled Soft delete or Azure back up for your Storage Account? ( If this feature was not enabled, you may not be able to recover the deleted blobs/files) If a file is deleted, you restore it with versioning.

You could restore it with versioning or soft delete. You will probably find the information here helpful.

This article provides detailed information, How to restore soft-deleted blobs

Did you try in the Azure Portal to recovered the deleted files? When you click on the Show deleted blobs you will be able to see the deleted files and folders in your Container .

Click on the 3 dots on the right side of the share which has been deleted and click in Undelete option.

If you haven't enabled soft delete, unfortunately, there is no built-in way to recover deleted files.

If it is production data that got deleted, recommended to reach out to Azure Support immediately. They may be able to recover the data if not too much time has elapsed., I request you file a support ticket, else please do let us know, we will try and help you get a one-time free technical support. In this case, could you send an email to AzCommunity[at]Microsoft[dot]com referencing this thread as well as your subscription ID.
