Second Exchange server.

There is a configuration: 1 on prem Exchange server 2019, hybrid configuration. When updates arrive on this server, i have to restart the server, it takes enough time, which is critical. I want to set up another mail server and use it to increase availability. That is, an absolute copy of the configuration of the first server. So, when I reboot the first server, I redirect traffic on the firewall to the second server. And vice versa.

I hope I was able to clearly explain the essence.

Thank you.

you would need to set up a DAG, that may be overkill for what you need, but that is the only available option with Exchange:
