Accidentally deleted Microsoft365 associated with my business account from my Authenticator app. Now im unable to login to the account or use Office

I have taken an Office 365 subscription for my business and created a profile in Authenticator app for this. Today, I accidentally deleted the profile from my Authenticator app. Now I am unable to login to microsoft365, nor use Office. I request you to please help me with this issue.

    Ask your admin to reset your Multifactor Authentication in Microsoft 365 admin. Then you will be required to authenticate it with a QR code using the authenticator app, just like you must have done in the very start.
