What tools or solutions can I use to migrate Cosmos DB mongodb data online and across accounts and subscriptions in Azure

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum and thanks for using Azure Services.

As I understand, you want to move Azure Cosmos MongoDB API to Another Subscription.

In the Azure Portal, we have an option to do so in the Overview tab as shown below:

We expect to migrate the Cosmos MongoDB data under the A azure account online to the Cosmos MongoDB database under the B azure account, as the Cosmos MongoDB data under the A azure account has 2T and the business system cannot stop working. Offline migration can cause data inconsistency. Your method is to migrate under the same account, which is not very suitable for my migration scenario
