check import folder settings

Hi all,

I'm having difficulties to find out info about this topic on the web, so I will give it a try on it.

I give you a bit of context: I am in need to import .csv files in a windows folder, this file is read and (if the formatting is the intended one) moved to another folder (where subfolders are created every day to accomodate the .csv files of that specific day).

Somehow, even if the format of my .csv files looks OK, the file fails to get rightly imported (and ends up in the "failed" folder rather to fall in the "done" folder - all folders are in the "Archive" folder).

Since I did not create the settings for this (and have no idea how to do so) and cannot contact the person who made this, I would like to check the import rules to which the .csv file goes through, so that I can check if I am having some formatting issues or is just the folder or somethign else that is not working properly.

Thank you in advance for yoou help.

Gabriele
