Hi Team,

We have customized the workflows with in SharePoint combined with InfoPath form[currently it is sp2013].

I am planning to migrate it to PowerApps and Powe automate., however there are lot of customizations can be done for workflows if it is SharePoint. Currently there are many workflow templates and all the different approvals can be done with in the system. Infopath form is also editable at any point in time and approver can approve not with in just 28 days period.

Do you suggest to proceed with this.

Also keeping in mind about retirement of workflows we would like to have this to be implemented.

Below are my queries

workflows - Does SharePoint online has workflows that can be utilized

InfoPath forms will be moved just with PowerApps and if above can be done we can remain the workflows with in SP2013 itself

Could you please help.

Thanks

Prasuna

Hi Prasuna kakani, it is a pleasure to be able to help you.

Per my knowledge, workflows created with SharePoint Server can be migrated to Power Automate using the SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT).

You can refer to the documentation: Migrate SharePoint Server workflows to Power Automate

And this is an article about migrate InfoPath forms from on-premise SharePoint to SharePoint online for your reference: http://www.sharepointjunkies.com/migrate-infopath-forms-sharepoint-2013-sharepoint-online/
