I cannot log into teams - I have no admin but cannot log into or add teams.

I cannot log into teams, I know my email and password, I get through authentication but then it says that I need my admin to add teams to my account. I do not know who or what my admin is, or how to add teams. I am not part of a school or organisation. The error code is "we're sorry, we've run into an issue" and the options are "restart", or try signing out and then back in. None of these options work.

If you're not part of a school or organization and still facing this issue, it might be related to your account type or settings. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

Clear Browser Cache: If you are using Microsoft Teams on the web, try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes, cached data can cause login issues.

Use Desktop or Mobile App: If you are trying to access Teams through a web browser, consider downloading the desktop or mobile app version of Microsoft Teams. It might provide a more stable and consistent experience.

Check Account Type: Make sure you are using the correct Microsoft account to log in. Sometimes, people accidentally create multiple accounts with different emails.

Contact Microsoft Support: If you are still unable to log in, it's best to reach out to Microsoft Support for assistance. They can help you identify the issue and provide specific steps to resolve it.

To contact Microsoft Support, follow these steps:

    a. Go to the Microsoft Support website: https://support.microsoft.com/

    b. Click on "Sign in" in the upper-right corner and log in with your Microsoft account credentials.

    c. Once signed in, click on the "Contact support" button. You may need to answer a few questions to help narrow down the issue.

    d. Choose the appropriate category and sub-category that best describes your problem (e.g., "Microsoft Teams" > "Sign-in and Access").

    e. Select the contact option that suits you best, such as live chat or phone support.

Explain the issue you're facing and provide any relevant error messages or error codes you've encountered during the login process. The Microsoft Support team should be able to assist you further and resolve the problem.

Remember, Microsoft Support is the best resource for troubleshooting technical issues with their products, so don't hesitate to reach out to them for help. Good luck!
