Good day,

I am trying to create an Azure Free trial Account. It keeps on saying I am not eligible for a Free Trial account. But I can carry on with the pay-as-you-go option. I am a student who wants to practice Azure Admin exam and other excellent exams on Azure. How can I solve this problem to get a free trial account? I created one in the past and didn't use it due to personal challenges. But this time it is not allowing me to create a free trial account. Please can you help me out?

    Hi Utakwara Peter, I want to help you with this question.

    Please double-check, if you have already created another Microsoft account with the same personal info like EmailAddress, MobilePhone, Address ... . It is not possible to create multiple Trial accounts with the same Identity.

    If you have further questions, I would recommend contacting Microsoft support via the Azure portal. All billing and account questions are free.

    If the problem is solved for you and all questions are answered, I would be happy if you mark the answer as accepted to close the thread.
