Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum. So as you wrote that you are using Magento 2 and want to connect to Azure SSO (Single Sign On).
Well, there is a way to do it, I actually found this great extension that integrates Azure Active Directory SSO with Magento 2 easily. Please have a look at it and let me know if it works for you.
