Hello
It seems that you have already tried some common solutions to fix the issue with Quick Access, such as turning the view off and back on under View/Options, and clearing the file history multiple times. Another possible solution is to reset Quick Access by deleting the data stored in two folders: AutomaticDestinations and CustomDestinations. Here’s how you can do it:
1.Open File Explorer and paste the following folder path into the address bar and hit Enter: %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations
2.Select all files in that folder and then delete them.
3.Use the same method to delete all files in the following folder: %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\CustomDestinations
After deleting the data in these two folders, restart your computer and see if it has helped fix the problem.
