Hello Microsoft Community,
I have recently had the EPM Add-in (SAP connection) installed on my excel and I've found that my reports are entirely greyed out. Below are images showing my unusable report screen and my colleagues functioning screen for contrast. Our IT has never encountered this issue before, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
