I received the below email today and team member Jose Aparicio never even uses MS Teams or did he request any access to it. Why was this email sent out to me?

|Your organization now has Microsoft Teams Exploratory
Jose Aparicio, a user in
your organization, signed up for Microsoft Teams Exploratory. You can see details of the trial and manage the trial. Learn more about
the Manage the Microsoft Teams Exploratory
experience.
For the trial users to continue using Microsoft
Teams after their trial ends, you need to either purchase a paid
subscription with Teams and move the users to the paid subscription
or assign a license to Microsoft Teams to the user. If you don’t
take these actions and users lose access to Microsoft Teams
Exploratory, their customer data for all services associated with
the Teams Exploratory trial will be handled in accordance with the Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement
and the Product Terms.
You can also
choose to let users auto-claim licenses the first time they sign in
by creating an auto-claim policy. This provides
users the ability to automatically claim a product license the
first time they sign in to an app such as Microsoft Teams.

    @BEH IT Director

When users who qualify for the Teams Exploratory Experience sign up, they will be automatically assigned licenses and the tenant administrator will receive an email notification when someone in the organization launches the Teams Exploratory Experience for the first time.

Here are the conditions of the Teams Exploratory Experience:

    ·         Have a managed Azure AD domain email address.

    ·         Belong to a tenant with a paid subscription.

    ·         Don't have an active Teams license.

    ·         Aren't in a tenant where a license assignment policy was created.

Teams Exploratory is available as a 12 month subscription (from initial user sign-up) for all new customers. The new Teams Exploratory subscription starts when the first user in an organization signs-up for Teams Exploratory and it will expire after 12 months.
