How to capture screenshot on jpeg?

I'd like to capture screenshot on jpeg,

I've using win+prtsc key to capture, but it only saves as png.

But there is no known way at least on google to capture as jpeg, but only ways to convert png to jpeg.

Though I thought this forum has the answer.

Unfortunately, It doesn't work for me and someone says even more troublesome..

I tried it in Windows 10. The OS wouldn’t let me do it. Said the path was not valid. So I changed it so that jpegs open with Paint, and put the blank on my desktop. It makes opening images with the photo viewer more troublesome, though. So I will change it back when I’m not editing.
