whenever i am trying to open my windows powershell it is getting closed immediately. When i run it on cmd it is showing following:

The shell cannot be started. A failure occurred during initialization:

The type initializer for 'System.Net.ServicePointManager' threw an exception.

I tried all thing like sfc/scannow and dism restorehealth commands. Searched everywhere but not getting right solution.

This problem started happening when i upgraded my windows frm 10 to 11. After facing this issue from recovery i came back again on windows 10 but the problem is still persisting. Please help me..!!!
