Top of messages in Outlook missing

My messages in Outlook have suddenly started not showing the first few lines - sender's details, message title and first few lines of text. Have tries all the view settings with no success.

    On ribbon, choose Zoom and then Reset.

    Hi @David Edmondson ,

    Do you want see the information of the emails (Sender, Subject, Email body) in email list, as shown in the below image?

    If so, please try to change the View Setting:

    1.View>View Settings>Columns….

    2.In the "Show Columns" window, first add the "Subject", "From" and "Message" column on the left to right > Move up. And then in the Maximum number of lines in the compact mode, choose"3".User's image

    3.Click OK.

    I'm having the same issue, please see image. I'm unable to scroll up so I can't see when message was sent, first few lines of text and so forth.User's image
