I've tried navigating too: User Configuration>Administrative Templates>Start Menu & Taskbar>Notifications(there is no option for Focus assist but read if you enable "Turn Off Quiet Hours" this will disable Focus Assist but nothing).

Is there a Disable Focus Assist setting somewhere I'm missing or is it just not possible?

We are moving towards Puzzel for our telephony solutions and when users get the Focus Assist notification they are unable to click the calls. Without disabling this the calls will be constantly interuppted and unable to be taken.

    Hi,

Have you configured "Set the time Quiet Hours begins each day" and "Set the time Quiet Hours ends each day"?

If you do not configure these policy settings, they will use their default values which are both 0 minutes after midnight.

    Best Regards,

    Ian Xue
