Hi AllHow to enable sum in the calculated column with multiple formula. For clarification, the calculated column I'm pertaining to is the "ymd in number" boxed in red color.

The formula I used is =([To]-[From])/365 here's the screenshot of my dashboard. Would greatly appreciate simple guidance because I am not IT specialist. Thank you very much.

    Hi @Sermae C. Platino ,

Sorry, I'm sure I misunderstood you earlier. According to your description, there is no way to achieve this in MS Lists. The field value of each column can only serve one item, and each field in the column is at the same level, which is by design. If you want to achieve summation, you can try to Export to Excel when the summation is required, and then perform the summation in the Excel file. Or try Power BI.

    Hi @Sermae C. Platino ,

According to your description, you can use the DATEIF function.

    Below is my test:

    the formula is :

    =DATEDIF(From,To,"d")

    07314

    The result:

    07315
