Recall email Outlook Version 1.2023.719.200

Question

I am using the latest Outlook Version 1.2023.719.200, and the problem is that I am not able to recall the emails. All known methods, such as:

or

are not working in this release

Welcome to the Q&A Forum! 

There is currently no option to Recall in New Outlook. However, the option of Undo send is provided in New Outlook, which can cancel emails sent within up to 10s. When sending an email, the page will have a prompt for Undo Send. You can enable it by following these steps:

Settings in the upper right corner >Email>Compose and reply>Undo send.

The new Outlook is not yet complete, and some options may not be available or work as expected. You can switch back to the classic Outlook at any time by clicking the toggle button in the top right corner of the window.

Besides, many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. To get this feature more quickly, I have found a post in feedback collection website, and you could vote for it. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future.
