Can a attendee update an event which is in his shared calendar in php code

Question

Suppose their is a User MARK which log into with abc@outlook.com and create events in abc@outlook.com PRIMARY CALENDAR and share it with xyz@outlook.com calendar

Then the same user MARK can log with xyz@outlook.com and update the events in abc@outlook.com PRIMARY CALENDAR but this is not happeing
