Storage resize is failing on Azure Database for PostgreSQL - Flexible Server

We use Azure Database for PostgreSQL - Flexible Server.
We recently increased storage size from 64 GB to 128 GB. As expected, Overview now shows Storage size: 128 GB.
On the other hand, Metrics currently shows Storage used (Avg): 53 GB, but Metrics shows Storage percent: 82%.
This suggests Metrics are ignoring the new storage size. Which seems to be causing all kinds of issues, including the server going read-only when 95% of (the old) Storage size is used.
Can you please assist? Thank you!

Damian,Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum and thanks for using Azure Services.
As I understand, you are not getting correct Metrics for Storage of Azure PostgreSQL Server.
We are sorry about the inconvenience you are facing.
I am checking internally about the issue if exists from Portal side.
In the meantime, I would request you to check from Azure CLI commands if the storage is displayed correctly.
Also, please share screenshots of the issue and configuration details of the Server.

As requested, I checked from Azure CLI commands and the storage is displayed correctly:
az postgres flexible-server listDisplays:
"storageProfile": { "storageMb": 131072We have tried restarting the server, moving to a higher SKU, etc. We fear the database might suddenly become read-only again.
We currently do not have a support plan. Do you know if there are other options?
Any assistance will be appreciated.
