I am currently signed in with a temporary username. What can the problem be please help.

If I save documents or any other stuff it will be deleted the next day, I start my laptop. it causes a lot of stress because I can't safe anything on my hard drive. What happened a few months ago is that files were deleted by the WinZip program and everything went wrong since that time even my desktop is different. I have lost all my folders, documents, photos and videos.

    It seems you have logged in with a temp account and can you check if your profile is corrupted via the registry.
