Open the Windows Explorer, navigate to:
C:\Windows\logs
and then copy and paste the CBS folder on the desktop, zip it and upload it on OneDrive or Google Drive and share the link here.
The CBS log files do not contain any critical data and can be shared without hesitation.

FYI the servers are not exchange servers all are regular application servers hence no question to disable microsoft exchange service or any service related to microsoft exchange
