I would like install VS studio , Nant Tool for dotnet, Dotnet SDK using custom script in the virtual machine, Could you please provide command to do so.
and after creating using custom script in the VM, do I need to create a custom image to take effect for all instance in virtual machine scale set?

install-tools.ps1) that installs the required software. Here's an example for installing Visual Studio, NAnt, and .NET SDK:install-tools.ps1
Install Visual Studio (change the URL accordingly)

Start-Process -FilePath $vsInstallerUrl -ArgumentList '/passive /norestart'
Install NAnt (change the URL accordingly)

Regarding your question about virtual machine scale sets (VMSS), custom script extensions can be used to install software on VM instances when they are created. However, custom script extensions are not automatically applied to existing VM instances within a VMSS. If you want to apply the custom installation to all instances in a VMSS, you have a few options:
Update the VMSS model to include the custom script extension in the VMSS definition. This will apply the script to new VM instances created in the scale set going forward.
If you have existing VM instances in the VMSS, you can use Azure VMSS rolling upgrades to update existing VMs with the custom script extension. Rolling upgrades will update instances in batches, applying the extension to each instance as it goes through the upgrade process.
Remember to test the script and ensure it works as expected before using it on production VMs. Also, make sure that the URLs for the installers are accessible from the virtual machine, and that you use the correct paths and options for silent installations.

I am not finding .exe format to place and use in the custom script extension
