How long does it take for changes to cross-tenant settings to be active?

Hi - i'm looking to change my cross cross-tenant settings on Azure Active Directory so that B2B collaboration is enabled.

After changing the settings, how long will it take until it is activated/ cross tenant connections can be established?

From what I have seen, its pretty quick, within a few minutes.
