How can I make Microsot Azure accept my Naira Mastercard

I have been unable to complete my sign up on Azure because my Naira Mastercard is not going through. I need help with this please

    Please follow the steps outlined on this troubleshooting guide.

    In addition, contact your bank or card issuer to verify that your credit card is enabled for international transactions. Maybe your bank is declining a one-dollar verification hold that Azure is trying to make. Please read this other troubleshooting guide for declined credit cards.
