Retrieving answer from SharePoint using the dynamic number assigned to the question which is stored in the string variable

Question

I get a substring from the user to display the related questions from the SharePoint list in the form of 1.question 2.question upto n.question based on the question that have the user input and I stored it in a string variable using append to string variable function. Now what I need is the user need to give the suffix of the number that is dynamically assigned based on that the respective question string is used to pull the answer from the answer column of SharePoint list
