I am trying to create an in app password for one of my users. I am unable to do so on the users account in security as "app password" is not an option in "add authentication methods"
I asume there is a setting in my admin active directory to enable the generation of in app passwords. I would like to know if this is the case and what things i can check in order to ensure that my azure AD is setup correctly for me to be able to generate an in app password for the users account.
I would like to migrate my clients emails (50 accounts) from google to microsoft however the software im using to do this requires an app password to authenticate. I was unable to find any clear instructions on the website or in the documentation or by googling. any assistance would be appreciated.
