Hello,

I use windows server 2008 R2. I use a task on task scheduler and want to make changes to this task. But When I try to make changes, the following error returns. Also, the same error occurs when adding or deleting a new task.

"Transaction support within the specified resource manager is not started or was shut down due t an error."

Fort the solution, I run the command "fsutil resource setautoreset true c: \" in cmd and restart the server. I also cleared the "C:\Windows\System32\config\TxR"directory. But the problem continues in the same way. Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi,

Please go to Event Viewer\Applications and Services Logs\Microsoft\Windows\TaskScheduler, and ensure all the logs are enabled.

Reproduce the issue and check the logs to see the error messages at the issue time.

    Thanks,
    Eleven

    Event Viewer\Applications and Services Logs\Microsoft\Windows\TaskScheduler
    What was logged?
Another thing to try is export the task to XML, delete all tasks, reboot, import the task and check the results.
