I can however successfully connect my Self Hosted IR to Postgresql database:
Cannot connect IR to SQL Server on-prem
Hi all,
I'm struggling to connect my IR to SQL Server 2019 on-prem.
I've allowed the ports 1433, 433 1434 through firewall.
Attached is the error and the IR details to connect to SQL Server.
Thanks

2023-07-31T07:52:48.1366667+00:00 Hey,
Can you clarify whether the 2nd screenshot of SSMS connectivity is w.r.t accessing the SQL database from the server hosting the server via SSMS?
Can you open the CMD prompt from the server hosting the IR and execute PING <<Databaseservername>> as well. -

Sorry not sure what w.r.t. is or how to check if wrt is accessing SQL database from the server hosting the server via SSMS?
If you can send me instructions I send you the screenshot :)
Thanks
