Regards to my certification download & validity check.

I have completed my below certification on Jun 2021 using my corporate ID then I transcript to my personal ID but now I am facing issue that unable to download the certificate from Microsoft portal.

Just want to know that any expire date is there for my below certification. If yes, please let me know the expire date and renewal details. Also guide me to download my certification from portal.

    Certificates are now accessible from following steps.

    Logon to learning portal Learning dashboard

    Click on "Credentials" menu listed on left side

    You will find two tabs listed under Credentials "Applied skills" & "Certifications"

    Click on Certification tab and download your certificate

    Microsoft keep referring to this procedure:

    To access and download your Certificates through your Learning dashboard, please follow the steps below: Please visit Microsoft Learn. Sign in using the personal Microsoft account (MSA) associated with your Certification Profile. Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Profile." Select the option "Certifications" in the navigation menu, located at the left side of the screen. Before accessing your Certificates, you may need to connect your Certification Profile to this platform. In that case, please click the "Connect certification profile" button. Once connected, the "Certifications" tab will allow you to access your Certificates and Exams. To download your Certificates, select "View certification details" under a Certificate, then click "Print certificate." To claim and share your Certification Badges, select "View certification details" and then "Share." For Exam Badges, select "Share."

    However, when I go there, I do not have the Certifications in the menu....
