the generated app stopped working

Question

I have created a Web App using Azure AI Studio playground by uploading a collection of PDF documents to blob storage and had the playground generate a web app.

The app was working nicely, but now occasionally shows the following popup:

I also noticed that the Chat application in the AI studio occasionally gives an error, but cannot presently reproduce that error.

Is it possible that the OpenAI API is sometimes not performing in our environment? How can we monitor that?
