How to identify all users who have installed an app to their Teams client or Team

Some users installed a Teams app before I could block it. Pulling the Teams Apps Usage report, I found that it had been installed to a team and that a number of users had installed it to their client. How can I discover what team has this app installed and what users have this app installed to their clients? This information is not available through any tool in the TAC. Is there a PowerShell method for obtaining this information?

    Hi

Global Admin can control which apps are allowed/blocked in Teams (by login to Teams Admin center > Teams apps > manage Apps).

    User's image

But after our research there is no reports available which helps Global Admin to check list of application are installed by users on their Teams.

To get this feature more quickly, you can send a feedback directly to Microsoft Feedback to add it in future updates.

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.

Thanks for your understanding and support.
