We want to remove all personally identifiable information from an Excel file before posting it online for download by customers. I want to confirm that if we follow the Document Inspector steps in the below URL and remove personal data that it definitely clears personal data from the file? Thanks

    Hi @Easter1916,

Ye you can use the Document Inspector feature in Excel to remove personally identifiable information (PII) from a spreadsheet. It is recommended by Microsoft. And once you complete this, the personal information can no longer be extracted from the file.
