China user unable to connect to Point to Site User VPN

Hi All ,

Have a site of users from china that was not able to connect to the P2S network created in Azure vwan .Need some help on this

Perform a connectivity test from the user's current location. Tracert in Command Prompt (Windows) or traceroute in Terminal (Mac) can be used to trace the path of packets from the user's device to the VPN server. This could aid in determining where packets are being lost.

China's Internet regulations can sometimes cause issues with VPN connectivity due to the Great Firewall, which is known to block VPN traffic. Check the location of your Azure Virtual WAN. Because of China's strict Internet regulations, it's generally recommended to use the Azure China regions for the best connectivity when serving Chinese users. Users in China may experience issues due to cross-region traffic if your VPN gateway is located in another region.

Can you please elaborate more about your scenario.

Is it a new set up ?

Or was the China Users able to connect before but recently they were not?

Do you have users in other regions that were able to connect to it using the same P2S configuration?

What authentication method are you using?

What exactly is the error message you are seeing while you try to connect?

Can you Run diagnostics and let us know what it shows?

Please share a screenshot

Also, you must consider Sedat SALMAN's comment as well.

It could be the case that the ISP is blocking the VPN Connection. In this case, you must consider using national clouds
