How to test the backup alert Rule for AZure database for Mysql

I create the below alert Rule to alert when an AZure database for Mysql backup job start. Howerver, i don't know how to test when the alert come? Can you tell me the operation?

Create MySQL Server LTR BackupAndExport (MySQL Server)

Validate MySQL Server BackupAndExport (MySQL Server)

Can you please provide details on where did you create the alert rule (on azure portal ?) and what's the rule ?

I did not get your part - Create MySQL Server LTR BackupAndExport (MySQL Server) and

Validate MySQL Server BackupAndExport (MySQL Server). What are these ?

The rules below are the activity log on which alert rule set up. I don't know when alert come if i used the rule below.

Create MySQL Server LTR BackupAndExport (MySQL Server) and

Validate MySQL Server BackupAndExport (MySQL Server).
