Windows update through intune status is in Progress although the update completed

Question

HI All,

we are pushing windows 11 22h2 update to devices through intune update ring.

although the devices have been updated. when i go to the reporting section it shows the following

also have noticed that users are required to click on Check updates for it to start downloading rather than this happening automatically.

@Yazan Hassan Zuhair Annab Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For this "in progress" status, it means that at least one update remains in progress. The "OfferReady" means the expedite instructions are ready for the device and the next time expedite client on the device scans for updates, these will be offered to the device.

From your description, the devices have been updated. Please wait for some time or sync the devices and then check if the status will change.
