ListViewCommand Set Extension with multiple options

Question

I am trying to group multiple list commands using SPFx ListView Command Set extension (for SharePoint 2019). See example above.

Is this possible?

Per my research, the ListView Command Set extension does not enable you to specify the position of the command. See this question in the SharePoint Framework Issues list for more information SPFX Change the position of a ListView Command Set button in the command bar.

I feel regretful to inform you that it turns out to be a by-design one. And I noticed that some end users have also proposed the same request, it is highly recommended that you can vote this ticket. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
