Is it possible to save Loop file as template?

Question

I couldn't find a Microsoft Loop tag so if I posted in the wrong group, please move it.

Is there a way to save MS Loop as a template file like in Excel where if I open the template file, it'll ask for a new file name? I have a voting Loop file that I use every month and I do not want to recreate the same thing over and over again. I want a way to reuse the same Loop file but with different file name, date, and title.
