My Azure Visual Studio Subscription is disabled and I cannot re-activate it.

I have a Visual Studio Enterprise Subscription on my MCT account which was disabled. The message says it was disabled due to suspicious activity. When I try to reactivate it, I am redirected to support and have found that the ticket is just closed without giving a proper answer to why my subscription is disabled. I request the team to kindly reactivate my subscription, as I use it for training purposes.
