    Hi @Gurudas ,

    If I understand correctly, you want to track which admins released emails from quarantine. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a way about PowerShell commands, if you are open to other methods, you can take a look at this.

    You can navigate to the Microsoft 365 admin center-> Security->Audit, and search for the activity called the Released Quarantine message.
