Support with a real person needed

I was double billed and I cannot speak to a real person. Actually I did once but go in circles trying to find a real person. I am really frustrated with this service. I was supposed to be escalated to a supervisor but nobody helped.

The invoice also says annual fee instead of one time fee.

This is really unprofessional.

And this is the only place i.can write something. Please contact me.

    Did you create a support ticket to the Microsoft Azure billing support? If not, I would suggest you do so.

    My original account was on my other Xbox one x and it crashed out while I was online due stroke i had couldn't remember my password i also had real in the account along whit some new purchased content and now your refusing to help me im am looking into a law suit for thieving and fraud against because I'm disabled and i feel like you have violated my rights by refusing to answer phone calls i have asked to speak to a supervisor and keep getting hung up on my number to call me to resolve this issue is 7346397773 thank you.
