How to export users organizations to Zendesk ?

Hello,

I want to use Azure AD to import contacts in Zendesk database. However, Microsoft claims "Zendesk supports the use of groups for users with Agent roles only", which is wrong.

Zendesk accepts the use of groups for end users roles, as organizations :

https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408887505690-Enabling-SAML-single-sign-on#:~:text=Zendesk%20supports%20the%20following%20additional%20user%20attributes%20for%20signed%2Din%20users

Did someone find a workaround to import users organizations with Azure AD to Zendesk ?

Thank you

The first link you provided is to a provisioning tutorial, which is regarding an integration in the Enterprise Application Gallery that uses Zendesk's management APIs to create/update/delete objects. The second link you provided is to documentation that is talking about attributes supported in SAML assertions. These are two different methods of transferring data. Zendesk may support these attributes in SAML assertions generated by an IDP, but the Zendesk provisioning connector in the app gallery may not. If the attributes you're looking to use are not present in the default list of target attributes in the Zendesk provisioning connector in the app gallery, then it is not possible/supported to provision data to those target attributes.
