FORM ID is different in Collaborate and Duplicate

if I create a form:

the form has 2 different IDs:

the ID in the Collect Responses:

When I create my PowerAutomate Flow, which ID do I need to use please?

You will use the ID in the Collect Responses when creating an Automate Flow. I'd suggest to copy and paste it to your Flow if the Form Id is not automatically showing. The Collaborate and Duplicate link is when you want multiple people to make modifications to the Form.

It was added by developer, however the correct form in the collect responses shows a different ID ( Nt9g8kO8TEKPRMhSJmV7Af8GoiyCTxlKgSItxKiF18NURFk4UzRKSkxNTzVMWlE1NDk1V1JJVlRDUiQlQCN0PWcu) and now I am not sure if I need to modify it or the workflow will work.
